London Maccabi Lions Under 14s played two matches in an end-of-season tour to Amsterdam.
They beat SV Dios 10-2 in the opener in a game where the hosts found it difficult to live with the pace and skill of the Lions side.
SV Amstelland proved a much tougher proposition. The feeder club to Ajax demonstrated excellent technique but struggled to cope with the more physical attributes of the English game
After some sustained pressure from the home side and an outstanding save from Sam Greenberg, Lions took the lead with a powerful finish from Michael Kenley.
Amstelland scored either side of a Zak Skry strike before taking a 3-2 lead. The Lions grabbed the initiative to equalise with a second from Kenley and midfielder Adam Arnold curled home the winner from the edge of the box to earn Lions victory.
The result victory leaves this talented Lions side undefeated in Europe in successive years having returned home last year with the Nice Cup after competing in France.
