Team GB star Sam Katz has been selected for the South East England Under 20 squad.

Following a contracted five-month spell at National League One side Newbury RFC, the fly-half will line up against The Midlands U20 at Cambridge University on Sunday.

Katz has returned from New Zealand for the match. He has been playing for the Old Boys University Rugby Club in Wellington since March.

He will continue to play Down Under until August when he joins the Loughborough University squad. There he will represent the only University squad to play in the National Rugby leagues whilst keeping one eye on an England Students cap.
