NOMINATIONS

JEWDINESE

Adam Gold (D) - won every single header today. Was strong in the challenge and kept the Fairlop striker quiet

Brandon Sassoon (D) - a classic Brandon performance. Never shied away from a tackle, read the game superbly

Brad Lander (LB) - a solid performance at left back, very good in the air and used the ball wisely

Ben Berrick (CDM) - ran non-stop for 90 minutes, did his job defensively in midfield as well as scoring an excellent goal

Joe Meisel (M) - another engine in midfield, was defensively superb and made some excellent passes. Kept Nese ticking

----------------

FAIRLOP FC

Max Freedman - rock solid. Started the game with an injury, was on one leg for the majority of the game but still managed to play 90 minutes and make two crunching tackles

----------------

NORTH LONDON RAIDERS

Matt Warner (M) - took his goal well, one assist. Nice to have him back in the middle of the park

Alex Jacobs (M) - worked tirelessly and excellent in possession

----------------

FAITHFOLD DOC MM A

Gideon Caller (GK) - usually a full-back but after the pull-outs agreed to go in goal. He really commanded his area, got his hands to every cross and made sure there was nothing easy for Camden

Yitzy Hill (RB) - Asked to play at 12 last night, said yes and was magnificent at right back. Nothing went past him, found his man regularly and even ventured forward well when possible.

Johnny Leiwy (LB) - Another drafted in last minute. Really dependable player, like his full back counter part, made sure that nothing got beyond him

Martin Smulovitch (CB) - Was a real commanding presence at the back. Won everything in the air and swept up anything that somehow managed to go beyond the rest

Eli Davila (CB) - not his preferred position but what a job he did. It seemed he was playing CB and CM and the same time. Crunching tackles all over the pitch but also class on the ball

Jack Jospeh (CM) - first game for the A’s and what a game he had. Regularly won the ball and more often the not despite a crowded field made space and found a great ball out wide

Leor Harel (CM) - Came back into the side and it was like he never left. Always In the right place at the right time. Intercepted every through ball and just didn’t allow Camden to play

David Leiwy (LW) - playing with David is like having four extra men because that’s how many men it takes to stop him and even then it’s usually a foul. What an outlet, every time he got the ball Camden simply didn’t know what to do

Gav Lewis (RW) - Davila played two positions at once. I think Gav played three. He was on the right, on the left and through the middle. He didn’t neglect his defensive duties either. So fast and direct and what defenders hate most. Took three players with him every time and scored a truly wonderful solo goal

----------------

FC TEAM

Josh Morris (CM) – broke up play and composed on the ball

Richard Salmon (S) – tore Raiders defence to shreds

----------------

HMH

Josh Goldstein (LB) - outstanding performance at left-back, capped by superb free-kick goal from outside box into top corner

Thomas Prais (CB) - marshalled the defence and restricted Oakwood to less than a handful of shots

Ben Winters (M) - superb performance in midfield cApped by awesome strike from 30 yards

----------------

MILL HILL DONS

Marc Charles (RB) - an impressive performance from the full-back, very little went past him throughout the 90

Josh Cinna (CB) - was completely dominant in aerial battles throughout and made several key challenges throughout. Kept Sam Singer extremely quiet in goal

Adam Isaacs (RW) - a real energetic, hard-working and impressive performance. Pressed superbly throughout and got himself a very deserved goal

Adam Bowman (LW) - superb performance from the winger, getting himself a hat-trick of assists. Created chance after chance and made many defence splitting passes. A threat throughout

----------------

MACCABI LONDON LIONS

Reiss Mogilner (LM/CAM) - haunted his old club by scoring one and assisting another
