NOMINATIONS
STRAW HAT PIRATES
Jono Nesbitt (M) - won everything in the midfield, ball was like a magnet following him wherever he went and scored a good opening goal to settle the nerves. Was outstanding today. Read every throw-in, every goal-kick, every corner and made sure he got his head onto it. Completely cut down every single attack that they tried to create as well as creating numerous chances for us and getting the opening goal in the game today. A true professional, he keeps his head at all times, and puts 100 per cent in always and today put in a man-of-the-match display
Joel Newman (CB) - a mainstay in our team since day one, Joel has held his place since day one and continues to put in solid performances, and is sometimes overlooked by others as to how much effort he puts in to every game. A solid performance again today, constantly putting his body on the line, a couple of goal scoring chances and just a great performance overall
Simeon Cohen (CB/CM) - someone who brings an experience and great technical ability to our team, Simeon deserves the plaudits he gets. Another player putting in 100 per cent throughout, technically fantastic, and another who reads the game brilliantly. Did whatever he was told, was solid throughout and managed to get through the game without rushing to the toilet! An achievement if there ever was one!
-------------
REDBRIDGE JEWISH CARE A
Nathan Sollosi (M) - simply sensational five-goal salvo put the B-team to the sword in the Morrison. Now has 14 goals for the season from just four games and is on course to break the Peter Morrison scoring records having now scored 12 goals in the three rounds and is just a complete midfield player
Sam Sollosi (M) - served up a four-goal treat, was equally as destructive and scored a goal of pure class when scoring directly from kick-off having just conceded a consolation goal from the B team
-------------
FC TEAM
David Gordon (GK) - a couple of fine saves and commanding performance
David Grossman (M) - decent game in midfield
-------------
HENDON UNITED SPORTS
Ben Kon (RB) - has helped the team out for numbers this week and rolled back the years, showing class is permanent. Superb player on the ball and also kept the Brady left-forward at bay throughouT
Dan Howard (CB) - another superb performance in a Hendon shirt. A class defender who is excellent on the ball and very rarely beaten by a forward
Josh Harris (CM)- man-of-the-match - playing out of his usual forward position, showed his fantastic attributes of hard work and keeping the ball simple. He put in a huge shift for the team and was epitomised everything that was good about Hendon's performance
-------------
BRADY MACCABI
Marc Rister (D) - had an outstanding game at right-back against Hendon
-------------
BAYERN MINCHA
Adam Ellis (S) - two great finishes against FC Team
-------------
NORTH LONDON RAIDERS C
Nick Haringman (S) - for FINALLY breaking that goal scoring duck this season and sticking away our equaliser. A well-deserved moment
-------------
OAKWOOD A
Simon Davies (CB) - helping out due to the injury list
Dale Bradman (CB) - led the line and defended superbly
