TOMER HEMED has taken little time to make an impression at Brighton.
The Israel striker marked his debut at the Championship club by breaking his duck with a maiden goal.
Hemed took just three minutes to get off the mark for his new side as Brighton put Swiss side FC Meyrin to the sword in their opening pre-season friendly.
But it was not just his goal-scoring impact that has won over Chris Hughton since he arrived from Almeria last month.
Albion manager Hughton said: "I'm pleased for Tomo. He has done very well since coming here.
"Even in the first game and the type of game it was you want to get off the mark. And he couldn't have got off the mark any quicker."
