HERTS CENTENARY TROPHY

LONDON LIONS 3 KNEBWORTH 0

Lions continued their fine form in the Herts Centenary Trophy over the last few seasons, comfortably beating Knebworth to reach the quarter-finals.

Furman’s double either side of half time set Lions on their way, with Adam Bolle netting the third, this time as Furman turned provider.

Lions also saw another young debutant with Louie Lazarus coming on as a substitute, and will hope to make further progress with both new opportunities for youth and returning players from the permanently long injury list.

Next up is Bedmond in the quarter-finals in December.

LIONS: David Myers, Jake Rinsler, Ollie Craig, Anthony Stockman, Adam Myeroff, Adam Harvey, Liron Mannie, Jake Furman, Adam Bolle, Adam Arnold, Christian Edwards. Subs: Lee Goldberg, Louis Lazarus

SCORERS: Furman 2, Bolle
