articlemain

Here are the star performers from Matchday 11 of the MGBSFL.

1. BRAD GRANT (Redbridge JC A) - denied Oakwood with several stupendous saves

2. DANIEL MAGIDSON (Athletic Bilbaum) - "an assured and battling performance and an attacking outlet throughout" against Hendon

3. MARTIN SMULOVITCH (Real Hendon) - Maccabi League veteran ensured there was no way through for in-form L'Equipe

4. ALEX ROSENTHAL (Hendon Utd SC A) - "faultless and solid in enduring our first clean sheet for many weeks" against Faithfold

5. DAN ANDREWS (Redbridge JC B) - "his best performance in an RJC shirt. Won everything in air, and marshalled the back four impressively"

6. ALEX KAYE (NL Raiders A) - "first game for six weeks but was a calming influence just in front of the back four. Really solid dominant performance"

7. RICHARD ADAMS (Catford & Bromley Maccabi) - "captain marvel complete central performance and deserved goal". Also nominated by Temple Fortune as "the difference between the sides"

8. DAVID PUGH (Athletic Bilbaum) - "the metronome to the Bilbaum rhythm and a stunning debut winning goal"

9. MIKE BYERS (Temple Fortune) - "the pick of the bunch for Jonathan Cohen in the heroics effort against Catford

10. ZACK NEIMAN (SPEC FC) - "scored yet again, his fifth in four games. Had to come off due to an injury otherwise I'm sure he would have grabbed another one or two"

11. GUY HELMAN (Oakwood A) - his goal was "no more than he deserved. In that second half he was head and shoulders above every other player - a joy to watch in such tough conditions"

MANAGER: Nick Shinder (Athletic Bilbaum)
