Here is my Select XI from Matchday 23 of the MGBSFL.
1. DAVID SIMNOCK (NL Raiders B) - nominated by both teams, "dominated his area and was responsible for a string of great saves, a superb keeper"
2. TOBY NATHAN (AC Whetstone) - "tackled everything that came his way, including the opposition dug-out at one point!"
3. JOE COHEN (Faithfold B) - "two goals, played in two positions and a MOTM performance"
4. DAN ANDREWS (Neasden) - "another very solid perfomence strong in defence gave us plenty of width going forward and scored his fist ever goal"
5. JAMES NEIDLE (Hendon B) - stood firm, alongside Ezekiel Jacob, in the face of a Lions onslaught
6. SCOTT OLDSTEIN (Redbridge JC B) - "was a constant menace, wide left and up front. An all-action performance, well worth the equaliser too, full of pace"
7. KANE SWERNER (Harmen) - "played in his only available game this season, sat in front of the back four breaking up play effortlessly. He fitted in with the boys like he has been playing for us all season, worked his socks off for 65 minutes before heading off to catch his flight back to the States"
8. AVI KORMAN (Hendon A) - "brilliant in any position he plays - today scored 2 fine goals from wide right and full of energy and running all game"
9. JAMIE KENT (Brixton Old Boys) - deadline day signing kept alive Brixton's hopes with a hat-trick in the win over in-form Blancos
10. ADAM ARNOLD (NW Neasden) - "hat-trick hero against Brady - one superb finish and two penalties, both he won himself. Totally ran the Brady defence ragged for 90 minutes"
11. JACOB RICHLER-KLEIMAN (Oakwood B) - "- a special talent. Dead-eyed in front of goal and he's up near the scoring charts for a reason"
MANAGER: Stirling Kay (North West Neasden)
