Danny Caro's Prem Div TOTW: November 9

articlemain

Here are the star performers from the top-flight on Matchday 10 of the MGBSFL season.

1. MAX SHIELDS (Harmen) - "undoubtedly our best player, making a crucial penalty save and a number of great saves throughout the entire match. Two consecutive nominations having been out of the game for over three years shows that this keeper has not lost any of his ability or agility"

2. DAVE GREEN (Woodford) - won his individual battle, as his teammates won their collective battle

3. EITAN BEN-ZION (FC Team A) - on top of his game and the Lions attack

4. ROB SANFORD (FC Team A) - a typically power-house display against the boys from Rowley Lane

5. DAVID RHODES (NL Raiders A) - "missed the first two months of the season through injury and has taken a few weeks to find his rhythm. Today versus Oakwood he was back to his commanding, dominant self in what was a brilliant all round defensive display from the Raiders captain"

6. DAN COOPER (Woodford) - a key component of the well-oiled Woodford machine that earned east London bragging rights

7. YOAV LEBENS (FC Team A) - had a point to prove and did just that against the Lions

8. ALEX AVIRAM (Woodford) - no-one wanted to win more than Aviram against RJC

9. DORON WEINSTEIN (Woodford) - a handful for the RJC defence throughout

10. SHIM BENSOOR (FC Team A) - SEE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

11. MITCH HAHN (Woodford) - started on the bench, finished as the match-winner

----------------

PLAYER: Dan Cooper (Woodford)

MANAGER: Tony Charles (Woodford)

GOAL: Mitch Hahn (Woodford)

SAVE: Ben Rosenthal (Woodford)
