There were two major transfers ahead of Matchday 12 of the JC MSFL season.
After leaving North West Neasden A, striker Lee Cash announced that he is joining London Maccabi Lions A.
Following the announcement that James Gershfield had been appointed assistant-manager to work with interim-manager Andy Landesberg, he has moved forward with his goal to ensure Lions continue to strengthen both on and off the field. Cash was snapped up in what is the first of two or three new signings to come.
Landesberg commented: "There is very little that needs to be said about Lee Cash and his footballing ability that hasn’t already been said - his quality and reputation is exactly what we were looking. James and I are delighted, as are the whole squad that Lee has decided to come on board."
Cash said: "I have the utmost respect and friendship for both James and Andy, and am so excited at the prospect at making a contribution to the team, and an impact on this League, Lions is a great place to be right now."
The arrival of Cash at Rowley Lane will plug the gap left by outgoing forward Mike Pearson who has rejoined Faithfold A.
Another Neasden player on the move is Jonny Blain who has rejoined North London Raiders to play for the club's B team.
