David Blatt believes the signing of NBA star Lebron James has lifted everyone at Cleveland Cavaliers.

Blatt made a winning start as coach of the Cavs with a 70-68 success against Milwaukee in the Summer League.

But the arrival of James has increased the pressure on Blatt to deliver. "I'm going to work with a great, great player," Blatt said, "and one of the great players of all time and we're going to work together beautifully."
