Danny Berg has named an 18-man squad for Tuesday night’s London Inter-League Cup clash against the Turkish Football Federation.
The JC MSFL squad started the campaign with a comfortable 3-0 victory over the North London League and Berg is confident his men can put on another good performance at Wingate & Finchley.
Kyle Bentwood, Daran Bern and captain Alex Levack, the scorers in the first group match, have been retained along with several other players. Midfielders Paul Babai and Laurence Judah are unavailable while London Maccabi Lions’ Sam Arghebant also joins the squad.
Looking ahead to the clash, Berg said: I know this will be a very hard game. I'm sure the Turkish side will be well-organised, physical and skilful, but we’ll be ready for them.
"We’re looking to go straight at them from the start and attack them. We need to be organised at the back and in midfield, and the rest will come.
"I hope to see some support there from everyone!
