Yossi Benayoun is considering moving to the MLS.
The Israel captain, aged, 33, is in the final stages of his contract at Chelsea and is said to be close to making a decision over what could be the last major move of his career.
Benayoun said: "At the moment I’m in talks with several European teams and I finish my contract on June 30.
"I'm checking my options but, to tell you the truth, America is one of my favourite ones. I’m doing everything I can to go there and play in the MLS and hopefully it will work out in the next few weeks. I don’t mind if it’s the east or west coast."
