Whilst many of you do not like his politics you have to respect a man for telling it as it is, he is facing up to the reality that we should all face up to. The Palestinians do NOT want peace with Israel, the Arabs do NOT want peace with Israel and the problem will NOT be solved in our life-time - either the Jews live in Israel or Israel is destroyed and the Arabs live there - fact.
The last 60 years of history has shown Land For Peace does NOT work - give the Arabs an inch and they want a mile, the Arabs respect one thing only and that is strength, whilst Israel remains strong militarily there will be nothing to worry about and the State will survive. The Arab mentality is on a completely different level, you CANNOT negotiate with them, they simply do NOT understand the process - look at the Shalit situation; Israel releases all those female prisoners, gets a video in return and sad as it is we are NO further forward this week to his release than we were last week or the the week before that.
Yes, the outlook may be grim but look at Cyprus, the island is divided, the North and South co-exist and life goes on, Northern Ireland Southern Ireland, co-existence and life goes on, so the status quo will remain in Israel, as far as I can see indefinately - we ALL, left and right viewpoints will have to learn to accept it.
