Here's my new game - spot the hypocrite (clue: she's known as the Yazzmonster).
On Monday, she spewed out this bigoted rant about the three party conferences:
Other lowlights to report – all three parties were lavishly entertained by the
over-influential Friends of Israel...
Today, she wrote this, of the BBC's decision to have Nick Griffin on next week's Question Time:
Even in our lax world, where right and wrong are but canapés on a tray of many choices, this decision should produce revulsion.
I think it a necessry but thoroughly distasteful thing to have the BNP on, given that they are now in the European Parliament, and it's precisely the sweeping under the carpet of the issues on which they thrive which has given them life; one of those 'hold your nose' decisions.
But of course sensible people can have a debate about this. Ms Alibhai-Brown, though, removes herself from the right to be involved in any discussion of how to combat bigotry by parading her own bigotry 48 hours earlier.
