Are you an ambitious, results-driven sales professional with a passion for people and performance?

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial sales operations at The Jewish Chronicle, the world’s oldest and most influential Jewish newspaper.

As Sales Manager, you’ll drive revenue across print, digital and event platforms, nurture client relationships, and identify fresh opportunities within the Jewish and wider UK market. This is a hands-on role for a motivated leader who thrives on meeting targets and building partnerships that deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Manage key accounts and build new commercial relationships.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies across print, digital, and events.
  • Analyse performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with editorial, and design teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

About You:

  • Proven success in media or advertising sales (management experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • Passion for the Jewish community and understanding of its unique audience.
  • A proactive team player who leads by example.
