London diners raise £420K to support the Anne Frank Trust

Journalist Natasha Kaplinsky presented Mariane Pearl, the widow of American Jewish journalist Daniel Pearl - who was kidnapped and beheaded by militants in Pakistan in 2002 - with a moral courage award at the Anne Frank Trust Holocaust Memorial Day lunch. The 600 diners at the London Hilton on Park Lane raised £420,000 to support the Anne Frank Trust's educational work.
