Lord Coe, chair of the London 2012 Olympic Games committee, was the guest speaker at a British Friends of Haifa University reception. He paid tribute to the hosts Sir Maurice Hatter and his wife Irene, who are the main donors behind the university’s new Hatters student building. The 60 guests at the St John’s Wood event raised £50,000 for the university
