For more than three decades as head of the American Jewish Committee, he advised presidents and prime ministers, helped pave the way for the Abraham Accords, and fought to secure the freedom of more than a million Soviet Jews. Since leaving AJC in 2022, Harris has served as Executive Vice Chair at the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP), placing him at the forefront of confronting antisemitism today.
