Police hold an arresting HMD ceremony

Deputy Commissioner Craig Mackey gave the address at a Metropolitan Police/Jewish Police Association HMD event at the Police Training Centre in Hendon, attended by nearly 200 staff, officers and guests. Heads of the Hindu and Muslim staff associations were among those who lit memorial candles.

Rabbis Jonathan Wittenberg and Naftali Schiff were among the speakers, the latter talking about his own experience of hate crime. Yavneh College pupils discussed the impact of a visit to Poland and the Hasmonean Primary choir performed.
