The £200,000 raised for worthy causes from this year's Maccabi GB Community Fun Run has taken the event past the £2 million mark from its inception in 2007.

In excess of 2,650 people took part in the 2018 run, with a further 4,000 cheering them on from the stands at Allianz Park in Hendon.

Fun run manager Stacey Abendstern said: "It enables everyone in our community, no matter your age, ability or religious observance, to get active and raise funds for a cause you are passionate about. Reaching this milestone shows the huge value this event has for our community."
