British Emunah has gone to school for its new executive director. Lynda Dullop, director of admissions and operations at Immanuel College, will replace Deborah Nathan, who is leaving to take up a post with World Emunah in Israel.

Mrs Dullop will join the charity in March with the responsibility of raising funds to support 37 Emunah projects across Israel for at-risk or disadvantaged children and families.

“It is a fantastic opportunity," she said. "Emunah is a charity that touches people’s hearts.

"I’ve been at Immanuel for 11 years – it’s in my DNA. I started as a parent, became chairman of the PTA, then a governor and a staff member.  I couldn’t have left unless I found something that I could feel equally passionate about and Emunah ticks all of the boxes.”

In advance of starting her job, she will join British Emunah's mission to Israel at the end of January.
