It is open to all JC readers, no purchase necessary. One entry per person.
  • Designs can be submitted in any medium – excluding photography – to The Jewish Chronicle by 28th June 2017 and must include the entrant’s name; date of birth; phone number (landline and/or mobile); email address and home address. Entries received after 28th June 2017 will not be accepted.
  • Representatives of The Jewish Chronicle and Fresh Lime Developments will choose the winning design. Judges’ decision is final.
  • By entering, all entrants licence the Promoters a worldwide royalty-free perpetual licence to edit, publish and use each entry in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes. The winning design will be adapted to fit Fresh Lime Developments’ requirements to be reproduced on the development’s hoardings in London, N3.  The Promoters reserve the right to publish entries (including parts of entries) although publication does not necessarily mean the entrant has won a prize.
  • Fresh Lime Developments will reward the winning designer with the sum of £1000 (one thousand pounds) payable by BACS transfer to the winner’s account. The prize is non-transferable and there are no alternatives to the prize in whole or in part.
  • Entrants to the competition agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by the Promoters.
  • If any entrant or prize winner is a child or young person (i.e. under the age of 18) the Promoters will require that the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition be signed by the entrant or prize winner's parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded. Any such prize may at the Promoters’ discretion be awarded to the prize winner's parent or legal guardian.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
  • By entering this competition you agree to the terms and conditions of the competition as set out by the Promoters.
