Stephen Grabiner is the former head of Global Media at Apax Partners. He was also responsible for Apax's investments in Israel. Prior to Apax, Mr Grabiner, was chief executive of ONDigital Plc and managing director of the Telegraph Plc. He also spent time at Express Newspapers in the 1990s.
He was recently appointed to the board of directors at The Times Newspapers - , the first director to have been named since James Murdoch left the company last September.

Philip Lewis is a Chartered Surveyor who has had experience of most aspects of the property market since starting work in 1972.He heads the property division of the Kirsh Group which is part of Natie Kirsh's international trading business and he is a non-executive board member of the London Legacy Development Corporation,chaired by the London Mayor Boris Johnson, which is responsible for the development of the Olympic Park in Stratford.

He has a strong interest in sport having won a gold medal at the 2009 Maccabiah, completed two London Marathons and also the challenging Cresta Run in St Moritz.

Robert Voss is a leading authority on metal. After graduating in management science from Manchester University, Mr Voss joined Brookside Metal as a graduate trainee in 1975 and became a Director of Metramet in 1980 before starting Voss International Ltd in 1987, where he is chairman and chief executive. He holds several other chairman and consultancy positions including at Metal Exchange Corp, The International Trade Council and the International Arbitration Council for Metals.
