Borehamwood and Elstree United Synagogue joined over 15,000 volunteers from the UK and internationally in the globally recognised Mitzvah Day, a day dedicated to doing good deeds.
In the shul and community’s largest ever Mitzvah Day turnout to date, over 200 volunteers joined the projects and gave their time to support a host of good causes.
For the first time ever, Borehamwood and Elstree United Synagogue organised a cross-generational and crosscommunal Mitzvah Day.
