I see because it dos not say "the" when it was never supposed to say "the" means it was badly drafted. Butthe evidence is all aginst you. Opening the Gaza Crossing? Well not exactly

The news that Egypt is opening up the Rafah crossing permanently starting on Saturday is met with glee by Otway but maybe he should have looked at the small print.

According to the Hamastan Palestine Times newspaper, there are still restrictions on who could cross the border.

Women and children under 18 are allowed to cross without prior coordination with Egypt.
