Iran - masters of deception

Israels Government rejects Iran deal as a ruse
18/05/2010 11:28

Says Iranian deal is a maneuver to prevent agreement on sanctions.

The Israeli government described the latest Iranian nuclear deal as a trick designed to prevent the imposition of UN Security Council sanctions.

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met with the "Septet" of seven key ministers on Tuesday, to discuss Israel's response to the Iranian nuclear fuel reprocessing agreement, brokered by Brazil and Turkey.

Jerusalem Forever United

By Jon_i_Cohen, May 18, 2010

With Geroge Mitchell shuffling back and forth in these "proximity talks" I thought we should remind ourselves why Jerusalem is not up for negotiation.
Under Israeli law all of Jerusalem is the capital of Israel.
It is not only Israeli law that justifies the annexation of Jerusalem. When Israel came into being the Israeli flag flew in the Jewish Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. Jews had lived, as the majority population in the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem for many centuries. In fact the only periods that that wasn't the case was when occupying powers had forced them out.

The Morals Of "The Palestinians"

By Jon_i_Cohen, May 18, 2010

Please read the previous two blogs for an insight.

More of Hamas dealing with it's own

By Jon_i_Cohen, May 18, 2010

Ignoring the international human rights organisations Hamas executes 3 convicted murderers.

Tuesday's execution is the second in the Strip after two Palestinians accused of collaborating with Israel were put to death last month.

The Hamas government on Tuesday morning executed three prisoners convicted of murder. The three men's bodies were transferred to a hospital in Gaza.

The interior ministry in Gaza said in a statement that the three were executed after all the legal proceedings against them were exhausted, (what sort of "legal proceedings were those then?").

Hamas dealing with it's own

By Jon_i_Cohen, May 18, 2010

Hamas police beat and forcibly removed residents from their homes in a southern Gaza city, and the buildings were then demolished by bulldozers.

The Associated Press reports that the Hamas police wielded clubs and pushed the residents out of dozens of homes in Rafah, on the Egyptian border. The incident occurred on Sunday, and destruction was expected to continue on Monday. Hamas authorities said the homes were built illegally on government land.

Newly homeless residents were reportedly furious over Arabs on bulldozers razing Arab homes.

JNews - What's it all about?

By Jon_i_Cohen, May 11, 2010

I have been a follower of since it was established in 2009. It seemed to me to be long overdue for there to be an organisation established to actively promote the positive aspects of Israel and to be clear and truthful about it’s policies today. I also follow their proactive tweets on Twitter. For too long now the Diaspora has been plagued by a plethora of left-wing supporting web-sites, all taking the anti, let’s de-legitimise Israel point of view.

Time For Stanley And All His "lefty" Friends To Grow Up And Grow Out Of It

By Jon_i_Cohen, April 24, 2010

You cannot be a Jew unless you fully support Israel.
Those Jews who join forces with the anti-Israel de-legitimisers in criticising everything about Israel show a form of self-hatred and insecurity often encountered among long persecuted minorities throughout history. It is a misguided attempt to be “accepted” amongst what they see as their “peers”.
The way the anti-Zionist Jew behaves clearly shows that they reject themselves as Jews and is an unconscious acceptance to the image which their enemies seek to project of them.

The "Palestinian" Myth - A view from the Arab Perspective

By Jon_i_Cohen, April 1, 2010

In the Arabs own words there has never been a Palesinian Arab national identity or people.
(With thanks to) - Dr Harry Mandlebaum who writes the following, using soley Arab, Muslim, and foreign sources. Jewish / Israeli sources were deliberately left out to avoid accusations of bias.

The Mythical Distinction

By Jon_i_Cohen, March 18, 2010

There is a direct link between the way Israel's case is presented in the media and anti-semitism - statement of fact.
Read the Guardian, look at the BBC web site, watch Press TV and Al Jazeera etc etc.

The Facts

By Jon_i_Cohen, March 14, 2010

We really are getting fed up with The Jewish Chronicle web site being abused by Left- Wing, 2 digit IQ propogandists, I hope the "moderators", JE and SP take note.

Read below and learn the facts:-
"Occupied territories" has become the most widely misused term connected with the Arab-Israeli conflict. People simply do not know the facts or like our trendy-lefty, Guardianesque friends, deliberately misinterpret them thereby completely distorting the real picture of the land distribution between the Arabs and the Jews.

Red Herring? Or Black and White Herring?

By Jon_i_Cohen, March 3, 2010

The word “Apartheid” is from the Afrikaan language, meaning “apartness” and as we know it became the officially recognised term for the South African Government policy of racial segregation, where a small minority white population ruled over a much larger Black population.

Why has it become the new “trendy-lefty” buzzword for antisemitism?
It has nothing whatsoever to do with Israel and the problem of Palestinian Arabs.

Come Dine With Me !

By Jon_i_Cohen, February 26, 2010

As we sit down for our Friday Night Dinner, reflect for a few minutes on the conversation at this dinner table last night.

Syrian President Bashar Assad hosted Hizbullah head Hassan Nasrallah as well as Iranian leader Ahmadinajad for dinner in Damascus on Thursday night. The trio of terror-supporting leaders denounced Israel and America and discussed ways to aid “resistance groups.”

Is It Double Standards Or Just Simply Antisemitism?

By Jon_i_Cohen, February 25, 2010

Oh dear!

Nato admits that deaths of 8 boys were a mistake

A night-time raid in eastern Afghanistan in which eight schoolboys from one family were killed was carried out on the basis of faulty intelligence and should never have been authorised, a Times investigation has found.
Ten children and teenagers died when troops stormed a remote mountain compound near the border with Pakistan in December.

"Occupied", "Shmockupied"

By Jon_i_Cohen, February 20, 2010

To truly determine the legal status of the area known as Yesha (Judea, Samaria and Gaza), it is important to understand the different types of UN resolutions. Once you understand the differences it becomes clear there is no such thing as the Israeli-occupied territories.

If anything, they are actually Arab-occupied territories now "liberated".

Jordan is Palestine

By Jon_i_Cohen, February 10, 2010

Concurring with my long held belief when asked to present his alternative to the “two-state” Israel-Palestine option, MK Zevulun Orlev says, “The Arabs of the Palestinian Authority already have a state – Jordan.”

Refugees? What refugees?

By Jon_i_Cohen, February 10, 2010

Prof. Nitza Nachmias of the Jewish-Arab Center in Haifa University says that if it wasn’t for UNRWA and its half-billion dollar annual budget, the Palestinian refugee problem would have been solved long ago.

Peace Partners - (Out for a Piece of whatever they can get!)

By Jon_i_Cohen, February 10, 2010

A report in Palestinian Authority media appears to dent the reputation Hamas has enjoyed as an organization whose leaders lead austere lifestyles, as opposed to Fatah's corrupt leadership.

Israel Is Our Home

By Jon_i_Cohen, February 2, 2010

Yisrael Beitenu - Israel Is Our Home.

That is The Jewish Homeland, Not The Arabs Homeland - they have 21 other Countries to call Home.
There is no room for another Arab State between the Mediterranean Sea and The Jordan River.

The Political Party Yisrael Beitenu promotes the following:-

1. Promoting Jewish Identity - The promotion of the Jewish character of the State of Israel as a balance of tradition, Zionism, modernity and tolerance as a political and educational imperative.

"Settlements" The Myth Exposed

By Jon_i_Cohen, January 27, 2010

The word "settlement" is misleading and is a myth in itself.
The areas in Israel referred to have population centres larger than Edgware, Stanmore or Radlett. The idea of a "settlement" is of a temporary "tent city". This is very far from the truth. We are talking about Towns and Villages with established infra structures, schools, libraries, shopping malls, all with populations in each of the major areas in excess of 30,000 people.
