Scott Ansher and Mark Wagman fired Brady Maccabi A into the final of this year's Henry Swerner MMFL Cup.

Double-chasing Brady will face either Faithfold or Hendon Harriers at Barnet's Underhill Stadium on May 15 after beating South Mancs A 2-0 in their semi-final clash.

In Division Two, league leaders Glenthorne United B came from three goals down to clinch a 4-4 draw with South Mancs B.

Avram Grant punished for referee outburst

Avram Grant has received a two-match touchline ban and fined £6,000 for comments made about referee Mike Jones.

The West Ham manager was found guilty of improper conduct over the comments made after the 2-1 FA Cup defeat at Stoke last month.

After the match, Grant said: "Until they scored he gave fouls, a penalty, everything for them."

There was an intriguing father-and-son contest in the Henry Swerner MMFL Cup quarter-final involving Faithfold and Norstar. Stuart Lustigman, who at 66 is the oldest player in the league, was up against eldest son, Adam. Goals from Paul Gold, Mitch Klein, Jason Levy, Joel Nathan, Jason Rich, Jonny Mack and Paul Chilton helped Faithfold come from behind to triumph 7-2.
