Lions claim historic treble

Scott Leslie was the hero of the hour as London Maccabi Lions under-10 White claimed an unprecedented treble in the Watford Friendly League.

Having already won the league and cup double, the Lions edged home on penalties in the Challenge Cup final after a titanic battle against Belmont Spartans, with Leslie saving three spot-kicks in the shoot-out.

Lipman can take us to the next level, says Colman

Motti Colman has selected a number of young players for the forthcoming Olim Five-a-side World Cup.

Under Colman, England will be looking to improve on their performance that saw them reach the last 16 at the competition last year.

This year's event will be held in Tel Aviv in June and will feature 24 countries from around the world.

Cup kings Hendon moved to within three points of NLR with a comfortable 3-0 win over LML Blue.

Ben Kon, Avidan Last and Yoav Lebens eased Hendon towards the title.
