Rob Richman insists his Norstar London Raiders players will not get carried away following their first MGBSFL Premier Division success, especially as they have a golden opportunity to complete the double a week on Sunday.

A hat-trick from David Dinkin plus another from top-scorer Matt Stock helped Raiders clinch the title at the first attempt, with a 4-1 victory over North West Neasden.

David Garbacz is relishing a final meeting against AFC Flixton after cup holders Hendon destroyed Maccabi London Lions Spartans.

Strikes from Dave Seitler, Avi Korman, Dovi Fehler and an own goal kept Hendon on course for a cup double as they claimed a crushing victory over the Lions to move to within one game of retaining the Jewish FA Cup.

Evergreen forged ahead after 25 minutes when a sweetly-struck shot looped over Jack Rifkin.
