Dan Kristall insists Oakwood can use their impressive 4-0 victory over double winners Raiders as a springboard for next season.

A deadly double from top-scorer David Woolman lifted the Oaks into second place as they exacted revenge on an NLR team who beat them in the final of the Cyril Anekstein Cup last month.

Redbridge B make Los Blancos pay the penalty

Redbridge Jewish Care B set up a semi-final showdown against Scrabble Masters after beating Los Blancos on penalties in the MGBSFL/MMFL Invitational Trophy.

The tie finished 2-2 after full-time, before RJC ran out 3-1 winners in the shoot-out.

RJC dominated possession and forged ahead when a delicious through ball from Brad Gayer was superbly finished by Craig Sandford.

Alex Aviram dedicated Woodford Wanderers' title success to former boss Paul Hyams after strikes from Harrison Midda and James Ryan fired them back to the Premier Division.

Ryan's goal of the week contender ended the resistance of FC Team who must now win their last game to claim the runners-up spot.
