Shafron and Tannenbaum to lead Maccabi GB at EMFT

Daniel Shafron and Daniel Tannenbaum have been appointed as the squad managers for Maccabi GB’s respective Open Football and Futsal squad at this summer’s European Maccabi Football Trophy in Spain.

Shafron, who manages MGBSFL first division side Real Sosobad, has selected a cross-section of players from the league for the biennial competition.

Farewell to Hendon's Special One

DAVID GARBACZ may not have been everyone’s cup of tea, but he has certainly helped to liven up the MGBSFL over the past few seasons.

Very few people could have filled Lord Kestenbaum’s boots after he left his post as manager of Hendon United, but Garbacz certainly stepped up to the plate — winning nine trophies in six seasons.
