Green late show end Fortune's perfect record

TEMPLE FORTUNE B 2 ATHLETIC BILBAUM 2

Temple Fortune B's 100 per cent start to the season was ended, as a late equaliser gave Athletico Bilbaum a 2-2 draw at Gosling in a bruising battle.

Goal kings Terry Jeffries and Edward Green bagged braces as high-flying Fortune B and Bilbaum finished honours.

Sherman-ator destroys Blizzard

BLIZZARD STORM 1 UJIA 2
Blizzard Storm's misery continued as they were undone by a strike from Gavin Sherman and an own goal against a UJIA team who won for the first time this season.

UJIA went one up after a wicked Gavin Rhodes a cross from the left was helped into the net by a Blizzard defender.

Special Kaye takes top award

Faithfold midfielder Alex Kaye is my Player of the Month for September.

Kaye, the former MJSL Player of the Season, has helped propel the Superhoops to the top of the Premier Division with some whole-hearted displays in the midfield engine room.

He has also chipped in with three goals in his bid to lead the team to silverware this season.
