Strikes from Laurence Myers, Laurence Beck and Mark Wagman took Brady Maccabi three points clear at the top of the table after they beat Faithfold 3-0 in Division One.

Mark Rose and Pete Sugarman exchanged goals as South Mancs B drew with Brady B.

Temple Fortune and Ashlodge played out a goalless draw.

Defending champions Brady Maccabi A remain a point clear at the top in Division One after beating Glenthorne United A 2-1.

A Mark Wagman double plus an own goal earned them a 3-2 victory.

Nearest rivals North London Raiders edged past Faithfold with strikes from Kevin Lotzof, Danny Goldman and Ashley Davidson. Faithfold responded with a pair from Darren Gurner.

North London Raiders moved a point clear at the top of Maccabi Masters League Division One with a 3-0 win over Hendon Harriers. Jon Yantin, Jon Summerfield and Jon Feinmesser were the marksmen.

Title favourites Brady Maccabi A were held 3-3 by South Manx A. Brady’s goals came through Scott Ansher, Jonathan Vandermolen and Mark Wagman.

Faithfold are joint-top of the Maccabi Masters League Division One. Strikes from Joel Nathan (2), Darren Gurner (2) Russell Rich and Nick Davis helped them go top by virtue of goals scored after they thumped Hendon Harriers 6-1.

Brady Maccabi A leapfrogged title rivals North London Raiders with an impressive 5-1 victory. Mark Wagman (4) and Scott Ansher getting the goals. Ilan Ovits netted Raiders’ consolation.

In the Maccabi Masters League Division 1, Adam Brand’s goals gave Brady A a 2-1 win over Hendon Harriers, for whom guest Jacob Namer scored.

Faithfold won the mid-table clash against South Mancs 5-1, courtesy of goals from Ben Simons (2), Nick Davis, Russell Rich and Jason Levy.

In Division 2, leaders Glenthorne beat Norstar 6-3 with Adam Lennard scoring five, whilst Bruce Brent (2) and Steve Feiger replied for Norstar.

Lions edged out South Mancs B 2-1 thanks to goals from Daryl Lazarus and Stuart Coutts.


Maccabi Masters round-up

North London Raiders opened a four point lead at the top of the Maccabi Masters League Division One with a 6-2 demolition of Glenthorne United A.

Goals from Wayne Davidson, Ashley Davidson and Richard Sacks had put Raiders 3-0 ahead before Sid Shaw gave Glenthorne a lifeline just before the break.

Glenthorne then further reduced the deficit with a penalty after the interval, but this only stirred Raiders into action, and two more goals from Sacks gave him his hat-trick, and a sixth goal, from Jon Yantin, completed the rout.


Dazzling Davidson raises Raiders to top of tree

Goals from Ashley Davidson (2) and Jonny Summerfield helped North London Raiders move two points clear at the top of the Maccabi Masters League Division One as they beat Hendon Harriers 3-0.

The second division produced three results that all went against the form book. A hat-trick from Robert Botkai plus one from Allon Schick-Maier saw Temple Fortune end their losing streak with a 4-2 victory against previously unbeaten London Maccabi Lions. David Price and Julian Marks replied.


Raiders in race for top

North London Raiders climbed joint-top of the Maccabi Masters League Division One after claiming an impressive 4-2 victory at Glenthorne United B.

A penalty from Ashley Davidson plus two from new signing Andy Miller and Kevin Lotzof sealed the win. Greg Morris and Lloyd Nugent replied for United.

South Mancunians came from two down to beat Hendon Harriers 5-2. Fara Moghim and Andrew Cohen gave Hendon the upper hand but two from Braham Hochenberg and Mark Powell plus another from Jonny Cohen completed the comeback.


Faithfold up and running

Faithfold secured their first points of the Maccabi Masters League season with an impressive 3-0 win over South Mancs A in Division One. Strikes from Russell Rich, Gary Good and Jonny Mack lifted the Superhoops to second in the table.


Brady gleeful after beating rivals

Brady Maccabi came from behind to thump arch rivals Glenthorne United A 4-1 in Division One. Greg Morris put the Thornes on top but Brady rallied with goals from Mark Wagman (2), David Sawyer and Scott Ansher.

South Mancs A recorded their first win, beating North London Raiders 2-0 with strikes from Gavin Sherman and Paul Rodin.

There was double delight for South Mancs as the B team despatched Clayhall 5-1 courtesy of Richard Smith, Paul Herszaft (2), Oren Wolf and Marc Schneiderman. Mark Goldman scored Clayhall's consolation.
