Zak's the king of Herts

Zak Kaufman has won the Under 12's Hertfordshire Fencing Association Junior Fencing Championships.

Seeded two after coming through four seeding rounds leading up to the quarter-finals, Kaufman, aged 11 and a member of Elstree & Borehamwood Synagogue, beat top seed Charlie Ellis 10-1 in the final.

Kaufman trains at Finchley Foils fencing club and studies at Radlett Preparatory School.

Berkovic: Redknapp
