A brace from Daniel Levicki plus strikes from Max Solomons and Ollie Brooks helped Redbridge Jewish Care beat league leaders Kenton Maccabi in the Under 17 top-of-the-table clash. Steven Field (2) hit back for Kenton, whose lead has been whittled down to a point.
Hendon Hawks Under 14s won a thrilling Woody’s Cup second round tie 4-2 on penalties as they beat HMH. The teams were locked at 2-2 after extra time.
Jonah Gordon-Boyd scored the only goal of the game as Alyth Belsize White beat HMH Purple to move up to fourth in the Under 12 Division.
AC Whetstone went second with a 2-0 win over Brady Maccabi, Dan Cohen and Joshua Silverman were their marksmen.
In the double-headers in the Under 10 Division, HMH Blue climbed to second after securing respective 1-0 and 9-0 wins over Hendon Interschools United Blue.
Gideon Lee was the star man, scoring the only goal in the opener followed by a brace in the second. Joe Ackerman (2) and Angus Taylor were also on the scoresheet.
HMH Green had the better of things against Alyth. The first match finished 1-1 but a goal from Anton Balaenu secured a 2-1 win for HMH in the second.
