Double joy for Alyth youngsters

Alyth Belsize Under 10s started 2009 in style by claiming a double-header victory over HIS Hendon United B. Midfielders Anton Baleanu (3) and Daniel Bernbaum (2) along with Ben Shemtov, Josh Levi, Benji Ross and Tom Sanders helped them record respective 4-1 and 5-1 wins.
Boaz Barnard was the hat-trick hero as Hendon Hawks Broncos overcame Stonegrove Park 3-0. Stonegrove exacted revenge in part two, winning 2-1.

Hendon Hawks Leopards took maximum points against Brady Maccabi White. Gadi Krantz (2) and Aron Lipczer (2) earned them a 4-0 success in the opener. The second game proved much closer with Elisheva Hersh, Mottie Rotenberg and Lipczer steered Hendon home 3-2. Jake Dousie and Ethan Gold replied for Brady.
