Aviv City moved top of the Hamilton Court Olim League with an impressive 2-0 victory over title rivals England FC.

An excellent performance from City keeper Rob Bradman helped them leapfrog England on goal difference with four matches remaining.

Jerusalem are a point behind following a convincing 5-2 win over Jaffa.

Jerusalem the first 25 minutes with Avi Korman putting them ahead after finishing off a great team move inside the first five minutes.

Jaffa responded with their first real shot on target when Daniel Berkeley slotted the ball into the roof of the net from the edge of the area after 30 minutes.

That goal gave Jaffa the impetous as they finished the half the stronger, but Korman then grabbed his and Jerusalem's second, with a crual deflection taking it past the keeper.

Jerusalem dominated the opening stages of the second half and although Jaffa tried to take the game to them, they failed to test the Jerusalem back four.

The next goal would prove crucial and Jerusalem slowly started to get a grip on the game, controlling the middle of the park. Amit Dinowitz made the breakthrough with a quick-fire brace following excellent link-up play to put Jerusalem 4-1 up.

Jaffa did not give up and were rewarded when Berkeley grabbed his second of the night with a header that looped over Francisco Salgado in the Jerusalem goal to give Jaffa a glimmer of hope at 4-2.

However, the last 20 minutes was pretty much one-way traffic, with Jerusalem once again upping the tempo, and following a disallowed goal, they finally got their fifth with the pick of the goals when North West Neasden old boy Eli Warner fired an unstoppable shot past Simon Davies, the former Bafana Bafana keeper, into the top right hand corner for a 5-2 scoreline for the defending champions.

Jerusalem: Francisco Salgado; Yoel Finchas, Danny Newman, Dan Kosky, David Preston; Amit Dinowitz, Avi Korman, Gav Cohen, Jason Lurie; Akiva Zneimer, Eli Warner. Sub: Yigal Grayeff
