A fantastic four-goal salvo from Gary Cohen inspired North London Raiders to a 7-0 demolition of South Mancs. Further strikes from Ashley Davidson (pen), Darren Cohen and Tony Plaskow completed the rout.

Jonny Mack bagged a brace as Southgate Harmen thumped Waldaf Town 5‐1. Russell  Becker, Paul Stein and Glenn Lethbridge put the icing on the cake. Mike Kintish scored Waldaf’s consolation.

Glenthorne C moved into the top half of the table with a 4‐3 win over Marshside in Division Two. Goals from Nicky Pitch (2), Nigel Grunberg and an own goal had put Glenthorne 4‐
0 ahead just after the interval. Then two goals from Marshside’s Faramarz Moghim and an
own goal reduced the deficit to 4‐3, but Glenthorne hung on to secure the points.

A brace from Brian Deal and a 30‐yard strike from Adam Lustigman ensured that
Brady B beat Ashlodge CPC.

St John’s Wood Tigers went one better, as they beat Hendon Harriers 4‐0 with goals from David Hyman, Gary Starr (2) and Barry Abraham.
