Champions Brady march on

Defending champions Brady Maccabi A maintained a five point lead at the top of Division One with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over South Mancs.

It needed an excellent display from keeper Adam Meranda in a game where strikes from Scott Ansher and Mark Wagman saw Brady home.

Strikes from Ashley Davidson (2) and Dean Schulberg took North London Raiders into second place following a 3-1 success over Faithfold for whom Jonathan Hirshler scored his first goal in Masters’ football.

A 25-yard strike from new signing Ilan Cohen and super-sub Ray Selman inspired Hendon Harriers to a 2-0 success over Ashlodge in Division Two.

A stunning six-goal salvo from Marc Morris helped London Maccabi Lions go top of the table as they hammered Brady B 10-0. Barry Silkman, Stephen Schindler, Paul Wise and Elliot Most completed the rout.
