Sela ready for French test
Dudi Sela will be looking to return to the world’s top 100 when he competes at next week’s French Open.
Sela slipped to 110 after failing to defend the Challenger title he won in Korea last year.
The Israeli's preparations for Roland Garros were dealt a blow as he succumbed in the first-round of this week’s Dusseldorf clay tournament, while Amir Weintraub (190) missed out altogether after bowing out in the first round of the qualifiers.
Shahar Peer (86) continued her poor run by tumbling out in the first round of the Nurnberg clay tournament, going down in straight sets against Italy’s Karin Knapp (52), while Julia Glushko (98) was another casualty.
