It was a case of quality over quantity in the JC MSFL on Matchday 22 of the season, and following a 3-0 defeat at the hands of league leaders Hendon, Oaks joint-manager Ric Blank was commended for these words of wisdom.

WINNER: - Ric Blank (Oakwood A) - "I haven't seen Faithfold or Redbridge yet but I'd be surprised if anyone pips Hendon this season. They don't have outstanding individuals (a la Lions or Faithfold) but they work unbelievably hard as a unit and haven't put a foot wrong in the three games we've had. In all honesty, that's the difference between us and them at this moment in time"

--------------------------------
--------------------------------

- David Garbacz (Hendon A) - "Today was a real old school Sunday morning battle which was really well refereed, marvellous to watch and no doubt great fun to play in"

- Zack Gothelf (Norstar C) - "It was all San Marino vs England 1993 when Boca shocked everyone and took the lead after a defensive lapse"

- Motty Korman (Hendon B) - "Mitch Hahn is a quality player the tears apart most defences - we were just unlucky he decided to play yesterday ..."
