By Danny Caro, July 6, 2012

All eyes will be on Whitefield Golf Course this weekend as the community’s top golfers go in search of glory at the Glancy.

Hartsbourne have monopolised the tournament in recent times, with four consecutive victories, and it will take something special to wrestle the trophy from their grasp.

Small but perfectly formed. That is what Israeli sports fans are hoping following the announcement of the country's Olympic squad.

Bentley will be Oakwood's driving force

By Danny Caro, June 25, 2012

Some of you may recall when I broke the news about MSFL Player of the Year Daran Bern leaving Redbridge Jewish Care, just days after they had won the double.

Hendon heroes set for MSFL Awards

By Danny Caro, June 18, 2012

The JC MSFL awards take place in north-west London on Monday night and I expect Hendon United Sports Club A to dominate off the pitch as much as they did on it.

Slim hopes for England

By Danny Caro, June 11, 2012

Like most England fans, I’m not getting my hopes up for the Euros. I’m hopeful we’ll have just about enough to make it out of a group, but true to form, I can’t see us doing it with much style or flair.

By Danny Caro, May 31, 2012

But even his future remains unclear, with Chelsea demanding an answer from Arsenal over the coming days.

By Danny Caro, May 17, 2012

Over the coming months, I expect to receive a few calls from managers from the Team GB Maccabiah squad asking for recommendations and references for players from various squads. I’m always happy to help my country and I’m keen to ensure no player is ignored in the search for international glory.

Now is the right time to move on

By Danny Caro, May 11, 2012

The football world recently held its breath when Pep Guardiola announced that he is stepping down as coach of Barcelona. I didn’t want to take the spotlight off him so I thought that I’d leave it a week until revealing some news of my own.

By Danny Caro, May 3, 2012

It will be thermals at the ready on Sunday as London Maccabi Vale 1st and MAL go head-to-head in the clash of the titans at Rowley Lane in the Middlesex Sunday Cricket League Division One.

The title of top Jewish team is up for grabs with LMV keen to remind everyone of their quality against last season’s Division Two champions.
