Consultancy brings an expert team to the rostrum

National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is making an entrance into the auctions market. The auctions team joins from Colliers International and consists of Simon Riggall, Richard Argles and Graham Johnston, Its client base draws largely from the public sector, private and institutional investors and the insolvency sector.
"To bring in an experienced and reputable auctions team is a great opportunity for us," says Ezra Nahome, LSH's CEO. "It is a natural fit with our national platform and provides our clients with another important route to market." The auctions team has a strong presence in the public sector, having sold for more than 150 local authorities and 60 government bodies, with sales over the past six years raising in excess of £930 million.
"After discussions with several firms, we chose to join LSH because its extensive national network and capabilities provides the perfect platform upon which to base our national auctions service," says Mr Riggall.
"In addition to London, a large scope of our work is carried out in the regions; LSH's 27 office locations around the UK and Ireland is the ideal service delivery business model for our national and local requirements.
Lambert Smith Hampton's auctions team will hold national and regional auctions, the first of which will be in London in November.
