Israel completed back-to-back victories at the ICC European Under 19 Division 2 Tournament in the Isle of Man.
Play started late at King William's College on Sunday, but it was the only game not to see a reduction in overs.
Put into bat, Israel scored 195-9 from their 50 overs, Josh Evans leading the way with 65. Belgium experimented with their bowlers, using nine in all, but Waqas Shafiq was the pick of the bunch with 4-35.
In reply, Robert Sehmi scored a battling 42, but no other batsman reached double figures and Belgium were bowled out for 124, Raphael Schachat taking 5-23.
On Saturday, a half century from Evans helped Israel claim their first victory.
Having dismissed Norway for 120, Israel cruised home in the 27th over, for the loss of four wickets.
After electing to bat at Vagabonds, competition newcomers Norway made a positive start, reaching the 10 over mark with the score 51-1.
However, they failed to capitalise on that start, and were eventually all out for 120, Schachat taking 3-30.
In reply, Evans, better known for his leg-spin bowling, provided the backbone to the Israeli run chase. Showing off his all-round quality, he finished unbeaten on 56 in a reply boosted by 28 extras.
