A hat-trick from London Maccabi Lions striker Laurence Swerner helped Team GB’s Over 45 football ensure a medal match as they beat USA 3-0 in their final group game.

Swerner bagged a brace in the opening 3-0 win over Brazil. Defender Danny Schindler scored the other.

GB were beaten 2-0 by Israel in their second game.
