Maccabi Tel Aviv’s Vincent Enyeama lifted the Africa Cup of Nations trophy after leading Nigeria to victory in the final against Burkina Faso.

The Nigerian goalkeeper and captain produced a crucial finger-tip save to earn the Super Eagles a 1-0 win in Johannesburg.

"This is without doubt the happiest moment of my career," said Enyeama. "I'm sure all the fans back in Tel Aviv are happy for me and I want to thank everyone at the club for their support.

"My next target is a league and cup double for Maccabi to complete a perfect season."
