'Mossad man' free to leave Germany
Uri Brodsky is alleged to have forged a passport in the name of Michael Bodenheimer
A man alleged to be a Mossad agent has been released on bail by a German court and is free to return to Israel.
A Cologne court said the case would now be dealt with by written proceedings and added that Mr Brodsky would probably face a fine rather than a jail sentence.
As yet no formal charges have been filed against him.
