The Ilford Synagogue member was honoured in the "special touch" category. “I tie guests' cravats and join in the dancing ," he said. “It’s all about the couple . When I see my bride and groom are happy , then it makes me smile.”

Mr Waterman, 41, was voted for by his clients.
