Michigan student claims staple attack was antisemitic

A student at Michigan State University woke up to find a staple attached to his gums after what he claimed was an antisemitic attack.

Second-year journalism student Zachary Tennen was assaulted at a party in the early hours of Sunday morning, allegedly after replying in the affirmative when asked if he was Jewish.

Assault claim at Jewish youth camp

Police in New York are investigating an allegation of sexual abuse at an Orthodox Jewish youth camp.

Camp Shalva in South Fallsburg, for 12-14 year old boys, is reportedly being investigated after a man allegedly entered the dormitories and molested several campers.

Reports say that CCTV cameras at the camp caught an intruder entering the boys' sleeping quarters.


Romney running mate Paul Ryan committed to Israel's security

Arizona shooter Loughner facing life behind bars

Jared Loughner's rampage in January 2011 also left 13 people with injuries and effectively ended the career of Democratic congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. She was shot in the head but has since made a recovery deemed extraordinary in medical terms.
